High marble score wagyu rump is pretty damn fantastic. Give it a try if you haven't. I would take it over most "expensive" cuts.
It's not bad, i have tried that cut before. I think if i want to eat wagyu, I might as well spend it on the expensive cuts. Otherwise, coles' will do just fine for me.

yeah the delivery is not actually too well laid out. It says that if your postcode is not available then to contact them, so I assumed that meant that delivery was ok for my postcode……Then place order and you get a pickup in store text.

Rump is the ass of the cow. Sirloin is usually referred to as Porterhouse in Australia… a more expensive cut.
What does full blood mean?
Means it ain't a mudblood (mix breed).

Bought it,tried it and it was really good. Richard and butchers cut the meat to your desired liking. Thin is great, cook for 1:30 min to 2 min on high heat and the fat cap literally melts in your mouth which never happened with other higher grade wagyu. Very happy, also the sausages were great. Good butchers
