  • Do you do LCL

  • In Japan, do you guys support cash on delivery?

    • +1

Hey there thanks for comment but sorry we don't support cash on delivery:(

  • Do you offer a purchasing service as well? Something along the lines of providing a link to an item, you invoice for the item and delivery, I pay and you forward to me?

    • +1

Hey there no at this moment, but we are actually working on the system and able to launch soon!

  • can we stack it with the 14 credits sign-up offer?

    • +1

Yes you can sign up with the AU$14 promo code and you will still be able to join this campaign:)

    $22 for just 0.907 kg seems a bit steep…

    • +3

Did you see how much Auspost charge?

  • +1

When you say USA tax free, is that referring to their sales tax?

Also, what value/GST collection mechanism do you use?

    • +2

Hey there yes it refers to sales tax in US, because our US warehouse is located in Oregon and there is no sales tax.

Regarding the GST collection mechanism, kindly refer to here.

  • hey, i want to import 3 bottles of kracie kampo diet medicine (クラシエ)from matusumoto kiyoshi from japan to australia, 3 months supply for personal use, is this possible and how much in total?

    • curious about this too!

    • +1

Hi there! Unfortunately, kracie kampo diet medicine seems to be Category II drugs in Japan and it is one of the prohibited items so we won't be able to ship:(

  • Buyandship, all items get shipped first to your HONG KONG warehouse, then shipped from there? gosh that doesn't sound like a very stable route currently.

    • Hey there thanks for your comment. As we allow customers to shop from the US, UK, Japan, Korea, Thailand, etc..Hong Kong is our central hub where we will get everything shipped to there first thus we can help consolidate your parcels into one and help you save even more on international shipping.

Regarding the stability, shipping from our US warehouse to Hong Kong central hub generally takes 7-10 days nowadays and it will take a few more days to arrive in Australia:) We understand in terms of the delivery time we may not be 100% perfect, but no worries the flights from US, as well as other countries to Hong Kong remain stable now:)

      Cheers,
      Kent
