      These codes are usually offered as part of Rebel's "Extra Mile" service, as an alternate to losing business, they would give a free shipping code to a customer if an item was out of stock at a particular service.

      They're meant to be single use

          @Chickenleg: That I'm not sure.

          I worked instore, there was a google spreadsheet that had a list of free shipping codes on it, and when a staff member issues it to a customer, they mark as "given out" but that's about it

          I'm sure if they really tried they could find out all the orders made online with the free shipping code but given the competency of the IT infrastructure I would think there's a good chance the orders received will slip through

          Most full time rebel workers are not the brightest or they just don't care
