      We prefer Movenpick over Haagendazs.. especially their Swiss Chocolate Ice Cream which has chocolate flakes.

      Movenpick Swiss Chocolate is the absolute best. I love the stuff.
      Was so happy when I got it at 30% off and can't wait to get more now!

      i prefer haggedazs has a cleaner lighter flavor. the movenpick has a deeper richer flavor.

    I tried the salted caramel magnum one and it was very disappointing. It has huge pieces of poor tasting chocolate that are needlessly difficult to break through to get to the actual ice cream which is very sickly sweet. If you like magnums just go with the one on a stick.

    Sure these ice cream products are half the normal price. But still not for me. All imported. I'll stick with the local stuff and support our Aussie manufacturers and farmers.

    Anyone else find it ironic that to be green the supermarkets charge you for a bag (I get and understand this). But increasingly they ship more and more new products they try and fill our trolleys with highly perishable goods shipped from the other side of the world? All this from someone who is far from a greenie…. and yes, I know this is Ozbargain. But still if you want local manufacturing you gotta support the locals….just saying.
