Xiaomi Dreame Cordless Handheld V9 Vacuum Cleaner $287.95 Delivered @ Aosinternational eBay

Finally biting the bullet on one of these after watching a couple of deals go by. This seems like a pretty good price, not the cheapest I've seen but not the worst either.

Purchased $238 a week ago. Just arrived yesterday. Pretty awesome It found dirt I didn't know I had. It sure does suck.

Is this the same but cheaper? Says "EU Version" but not sure what that means or difference it makes

    • That usually just means the plug is eu. But you're better off with the China version as one of their plugs are the same as ours

This deal is below $240 every second week, don't see a deal here

  • Does it come with carpet head?

  • +4

Wait for it to go $299 with carpet head again.

    • Who did it last time? I tried to purchase with carpet head today and they were out of stock (tried to sell me an alternative).

Gearbite too. Maybe the two sellers are related.

      • It was Gearbite most recently, the one I purchased for the old duck arrived last Saturday.

      • On eBay? I had the same thing said 10 available then tried to sell me the V9P but wouldn't confirm it come with all the attachments

        • Yeah on eBay. Yes they tried to sell me V9P too. Not impressed. i've asked for a refund.

          • @RAH225: They got back to me this morning and confirmed it comes with all the extra attachments i decided to roll the dice and go ahead with the purchase seems as it's the exact same machine with a different casing for our market

            • @PurePain: Did it include the carpet head too? Just felt a bit weird to me. I read the P version was EU version potentially. Did they confirm AU plug?

              • @RAH225: "Thanks for your reply. we check your order is combo set, so this version include the Soft Roll & Carpet Roll as well. if you keep the order, please let us know"

That's the response they gave me.

              • @RAH225: Received this morning came complete with all accessories including carpet head and AU charger in the box

                • @PurePain: Interesting. Not sure why the only difference is the head. I read that it was the EU version but clearly they've changed it.I was going to wait for Gearbiteto do another sale with carpet head. Bit of a pain the carpet head is so hard to find.

                  • @RAH225: Mine came from Gearbite but definitely not under that name on eBay

        • I thought the V9P was exactly the same but with a different top? Or are there differences?

  • Any any recommendations for hard floors? Laminate floating floors?

    • Excellent on hard surface. Had a v7, battery died in 16months.. never going back to Dyson. I did not get the one with extra carpet head, but still doing good on carpet floor. But if I have a choice again I would go for the extra carpet knowing this vacuum actually works.

      • It's simple to buy a new battery even generic compatible batteries work fine in the dyson stick vacs and make them run good as new.

  • +1

Just ask Gearbite and they will do the deal for you

    • Through eBay or direct?

      • Direct on OzBargain

  • The roller wheel at the bottom of the head can break easily.
It’s not as durable compared to Dyson.
But the Dyson’s battery dies quicker.

    • Do you mean the run time is longer on Xiaomi?

  • +1

You can actually buy a spare battery from dyson and instead of using the screws to hold it to the body, strap it witg velcro. With it, you can swap the dyson batteries around as you go. Been using my dyson v8 for 3 years now and still going well.

  • do a search, there's plenty of deals for this model on ozbargain that are much cheaper.

  • id rather spend the extra $13 and get the v10

  • What’s the difference between these and the Kmart ones at $150? :)

The most expensive kmart ones are at 200w and this is 400w.
