    Any first hand experiences with this mattress? How does it compare to zzz?

    I need something for the spare room, good enough to sleep on however not good enough for them to stick around.

    I'd be careful with those pictures OP as it's not totally clear that it's just a mattress for sale. If a customer bought the mattress and then complained to eBay that they didn't get the bed, eBay will support the customer because the photos (which show the bed frame included) form part of the listing.

          Hi,

          Yes this one is 33cm one. The difference with Hybrid will be edge support and type of foam. Hybrid range has copper memory foam (antimicrobial copper, pressure relief), and solid edge support. For support plus, it will be high-density foam with a reinforced edge to prevent falling off the bed.

          Both performance plus and hybrid will have Zinus iCoil Technology.

    Hi Op,

    Just a question regarding your courier delivery. Will they deliver to the front door on the correct level in an apartment? Or are they going to leave the delivery in the apartment lift lobby and I have to bring it up myself? I'm looking to purchase both bed frame and mattress

      Hi mediam0de,

      As per covidsafe delivery policy, it will be contactless delivery (to maintain 1.5m distance). In most cases, they will leave the delivery in the apartment lobby.
      For bed frame and mattress, it will be 2 box delivery. All Zinus delivery comes in one box delivery. That said, we can always leave a note to the delivery driver to give you a call or ring a bell when they arrive and load the delivery into the lift (up to delivery driver's discretion). Don't forget to leave us an order note if you need some assistance and we will pass it on to courier.
