Too bad it isn’t the dark chocolate one.. it is superb!

    • Might have to give that a go all the same…

I'm hooked on the salted pretzel one they have had for $1.99 the past few weeks.

This brand of chocolate is so nice, and better value for money compared to the more known brands that continue to downsize!

I was pretty upset when the price of dark Choceur was raised from $2.49 to $2.99. Stopped buying it. Tease me with salted pretzel and milk/white chocolate. I won't give in.

Give me dark chocolate Choceur, or nothing at all.

    • once u go dark, u won't go back.

    • They have all been raised to $2.99 normal price by the look of it ( from $2.69 )

Salted pretzel was the same price last time I was there. It's very good.

    • Bruh it's amazing.

      How is it only $2?

I got this on Monday for $1.99

      • But no more. The super savers change on Wednesday morning, and Moser Roth is no longer on the list.

        • (Removed: incorrect thread)

        • Very sad!

This tastes great. Got some today.

  • These choceur Aldi bars are way better than the Cadbury’s equivalents.

The salted pretzel one was a new one for me and I loved it!

They are 200g, like the old Cadbury.

Something that is interesting. Cadbury's trademark 'glass and a half of milk' was saying there is 1.5 glasses of milk in 200g. Wonder if that has changed since they reduced the bars to 180g. Or its still the same ratio, you just dont get 200g lol

According to this, the "glass and a half" was from the old half-pount (227g) blocks, so you'd assume there's not going to be the same amount in the insultingly small 180g blocks we get now.

Although, to the best of my knowledge a "glass" is not an official unit of measure in the same way that a "cup" is. In which case I guess they could argue that it's still a glass and a half, the glasses are just a bit smaller than they used to be :P

Wonder if they're trying to push something here…

    • As long as they at least have one variety of 200g chocolate at $1.99 each week.

It was salted pretzal for at least last two weeks.

      • Ahhhh, wasn't getting at that. More of a white and milk chocolate thing. Eat chocolate and continue ;)

        • You might be right

          • @Rimzi: @OzBMate629 Ahh WCM White Chocolate Matters…haha

    • Yeah i reckon they are “eat more of our chocolate” lol

      • +1

Hey, it's working either way ;)

  • Just saw coffee beans 500g. I thought they only came in 1kg packs?

  • Still waiting for the coffee and cream to come back on sale.
In the meantime been munching on their Belmont Tim Tam rip offs ($1.50ish).

Upvote from me, choceur till I die!

  • Work from home… nice

  • The dark Chocolate in the blue wrapper at Aldi is also good value for money (as a everyday eating variety)
