Currently looking for an adaptor or cable with the below specs but struggling hard to find it:
Male Mini Display Port to Female Displayport @ 4k 60hz (3840x2160@60Hz)
If not an adaptor but a cable, at least 3 metres long.
Looked on Ebay and can't find a thing to meet above specs.
This is for a laptop. HP Zbook G2.
Also, if your looking for a long high quality Display port cable I got 2 of these for 11 bucks AUD last year.. The price is now jacked alot though:

Any reason it needs to terminate in a female connector and still be 3m in length? Couldn't you use a shorter adapter and then a longer displayport cable with a male end?
Are the cheapies not 4k capable? This is for DP/MDP, not HDMI. Not that this proves anything. But I do have a $11 one, it's always worked great for QHD 2560x1440.
What are you planning to do with a display port cable with a female end, you wont be able to plug it into anything? If you are plugging a monitor into a laptop you need one with male ends, because all end devices have female ports.
The only other use I can think of for a female end would be an extension cable or a wall plug termination. In which case you should get a regular display port extension cable which will be M-F, and then a display port to mini display port adapter. As these are common items you should have no trouble finding them, but a male to female mdp-dp cable likely doesnt exist or would be a very niche product as it would seem to have no common use case…
