  • Put price in title?

  • I think Lego recently announced they were pulling all Police sets from the shelves so may be a price drop from that

      Is that a joke?

      • +1

        Unfortunately not. Crazy times.

        • +1

someone is downvoting anything critical of lego pulling police sets

          • +4

@Andard: They didn't pull anything, that was fake news.

Lego city will continue being a jolly police state.

          • @Andard: man there is a downvote brigade online right now… as if lego pulling ads for Police TOYS wasn't just a f'ing worthless and dumb gesture as pulling them off the shelves altogether.

            • +2

@Andard: The toys could still be bought from the Lego S@H store or from physical retailers that stocked them.

The only thing that changed were banner ads on certain Lego partner's websites not showing Police-themed sets.

Stop being a goddamned outraged NPC and find some worthwhile to be emotionally-invested in. That behaviour makes you no better than the legions of hysterical snowflakes on the other side of this debate.

              • @Gnostikos:

suggesting pulling lego TOY ads was not the NPC outraged gesture

                • +1

@Andard: No one would have noticed this move had the collective Internet not lost its sh*t and literally invented a story that never existed.

No products were removed from shelves or discontinued, no Lego reseller was forced to do anything, they were advised to not show some ads.

Congratulations for dragging out this heroic last stand of yours on the important principles of integrity and ethics in toys, and revealing yourself to be above the behaviour of the opposition by not letting pointless, insignificant and utterly meaningless nonsense occupy the focus of your righteous anger.

                  • @Gnostikos: "No one would have noticed this move had the collective Internet not lost its sh*t and literally invented a story that never existed."

If Lego had a backbone and didn't feel the need to virtue signal, there wouldn't be a story to twist.

I'm not saying twisting the story is excusable, but Lego (and countless other org's) trying to pander to small but loud activists deserve to be ridiculed.

  • any idea, are those cars pre-built frames or make from scratch?

I use to buy these cheapies one at a time to get a Amazon small box but now they send them in satchels and every set in them have been damaged .
Good price for kiddies play .

    • +4

Yeah Amazon flip a coin, half the times it's an enormous box that could fit 5 times more, otherwise it's a squashed satchel.

Feel free to moan to customer support and they should give some credit.

the crook is called vito…racial profiling of italians as criminals?

    Blue Lego matters?

A man has been wrongfully arrested in LEGO City

      Luckily lego figures can't kneel.

      • Not too early…

      • I don't think Lego currently make a piece for 65" big screen tv's, so "justice" could be a long time coming…

  • +1

I love the policeman's name in this Set: Duke Detain.

  • +2

OOS but can still be ordered at that price.
