  I got a 4 pack of socks instead of 16 pack and got this reply when I followed up :

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  We are very sorry there was an error on our website, the socks are in a 4 pack and not a 16 pack. We have shared feedback with all of the relevant teams on this one so we can hopefully avoid this sort of error happening again.

  I'm now trying to see if i can return them for full refund even though the receipt says 16 pack but i will be returning a 4 pack (personally think the quality of bonds socks aren't great so $2 a pair is still too much imho)

  Ordered 4 lots of 16 X women packs for $3 each but only received 16 packs in total.

  When I spoke with customer service, they refunded $12 without asking any further questions.

  Can't complaint about getting 16 packs for free :)
