ABOUT THE AUTHOR
AARON FRANKLIN is a native of Bryan, Texas, and the co-owner and co-founder (along with his wife, Stacy) of Franklin Barbecue.   Amazing book, have the hard cover and highly recommend it whether you're new to smoking or not. Franklin is a god in the bbq world.

    get the hardcover - its a great read regardless of media but its something you'll actually want to open and read - not scroll through on a screen…
