    HMDI Port

    I think you meant 'HDMI'

    • You are right, just updated, thanks for remind

  • This is a decent price, but it's probably exactly the same chips used in just about every other hub. Realtek gigabit Ethernet, USB side presents as "USB BILLBOARD" for some reason.

  • +1

I’m looking for one of these where the microSD card sits flush so that I can leave it in there.
Does the card stick out in this one?

    • looking at the 5th photo on the amazon page, i'd say it doesn't.

      • Looks like the card sticks out. Bummer.
Why do all the cheap hubs do that?

        • not sure if it's a cheap/quality thing. if the idea is for the hub to be portable, then you want it to have a smaller footprint. since you only need contact with the front of the microsd card to read/write, pcb designed to maximise ports would dictate how the hub is built.

          • +1

@plentifoo: The problem is that if I leave the microSD in the hub and throw it into my bag, it might get broken.
A microSD card is very small, having it fully flush would not increase the footprint.

This product is for office daily use at a good price. The card sticks out will for easy access to the card. High-priced products usually cost more in design.

        • +1

Can you please make this product? I will buy.

          • +1

@tanksinatra: I have forwarded your requirements to our product team. Tks for your suggestion

    • if it sits flushed, it could be hard to remove and potentially get stuck. I have a card reader that the sdcard (not micro) sat flush, spring ejected. it got caught under in the cover and got stuck.

  • +2

Decent price but only support 4K 30hz output.

    • Yes, The hub is more suitable for daily office work. Not suit for gaming

  • Will this work with USB 3.1 or does it need the newer 3.2?

    • +1

Yes, it works. But the max transmission speed is limited with USB 3.0

  • +8

Save a few bucks if you won't need the ethernet ($26.99): https://www.amazon.com.au/HEYMIX-Adapter-Charging-MacBook-Ch…

    • +1

The promotion (7in1 hub without ethernet $26.99) has just ended yesterday. Now it is $29.99
      Thank you for your support.

The promotion (8in1 hub $31.99) continues until June.26th

anyone can recommend a hub with 4k 60hz output at a reasonable price?

    • Yes I need that as well, I still feel the lagging when I'm doing office work on 4K30hz,

      • same here and 4k30hz also somehow hurt my eyes.

    • +2

Do you have any other requirements?
      1、 4k 60hz
      2、 USB 3.1 *2 or 3
      3、 sd/tf card slot

We will try to develop new products.
You can also give us price Suggestions

      TKS

      • +1

basically this one with 4k60hz capability https://www.amazon.com.au/HEYMIX-Adapter-Charging-MacBook-Ch…
        personally, dont need ethernet.

        • +1

4K60HZ, USB 3.1+, PD CHARGING with sd/tf card slot.

          any price suggestions?

      • I've been searching for a USB-C to Dual HDMI 2.0 Adapter. Do you stock these?

The reliable/affordable brands seem to be sold out.

        • Our brand also sold out with a Dual HDMI adapter.
Now we only have 11 in 1 hub with USB c & HDMI & VGA video output.
Dual HDMI Hub also will be coming soon

  • Will the HDMI port work on windows10 laptop?
I had purchased 2 similar products but did not work.

    • Hi bwid. In general, The hub HDMI out port is supported on both Windows and macOS. So have tried other Thunderbolt 3 or USB c port on your laptop?

      • Yes, I have tried Novoo 5 in 1 USB C hub and my friensd's USB C hub that working on his macbook but did not work on my laptop.
My laptop has Thunderbolt(TM) Controller - 8A17 in device manager.
I have also tried them on another Window 10 laptop's USB C (no thunderbold) without luck too.

        • I confirmed with our engineers that it was indeed supported, and I also tested it on my Win10 system. It also works. You can buy one to have a try. The amazon has free, expedited delivery & simple retune in 30 days as free. So you can try our product first.

  • So this is USB C connection into my computer right?

If I don't have a USB C port on my computer, can I still connect this using an USB C to a USB adaptor?

    • +3

Most things won't work: Ethernet, HDMI at least. It is designed for a USB C port.

    • maybe can only use the USB port.

The C or Thunderbolt port can use for 4K60HZ video display, data transmission, 100W charging, etc

  • Seems cheaper than the popular VAVA https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/541125.
    What's the difference?

    • +1

      The most different:
VAVA: 1USB 2.0 PORT, 2USB 3.0 PORT, Max to 100W power charge (The laptop charging is average around 60W).
Heymix: 3*USB 3.0 PORT, Max to 87W power charge and $14 cheaper

      • +1

        Thanks for your honest comparison

  • Does the usb-c slot on the hub support usb-c heaphones? i.e. Google pixel usb-c earbuds?

    • Not support. The USB c port on the hub is PD Charge port. Only for charging.

  • +1

on the amazon page, it shows the hub being used with a nintendo switch. is that feasible? no risk of bricking the switch?

    • I confirmed with our engineers that it can be supported.
      Also can charging & output

    • By the way. if u want output with HDMI. You must charge with PD port at the same time. Otherwise, it will not work

  • will this also work for a phone? i.e. hdmi to from the phone to the tv?

    • yep. If the phone is USB c 3.1. It will works

  • +2

    hey auselect,
does it work with suface laptop 3
    thanks

    • +2

      Dear Mark Mark.

The hub supports the dex mode

Can I use this one to connect my portable hard drive to my iPad Pro?

    • The hub supports iPad pro data transfer, charging & video output

  • +1

    Hi Rep,

    Would this hub support 2560 x 1080 @ 60hz? Thanks!

    • Pls wait, I have to check. I will reply u soon

    • I have checked with engineers. It does not support 60hz with 2560*1080.

      • What about 2560x1440 @ 60hz?

        • not support for this

  • +1

Any chance this supports Thunderbolt 3? This comes in handy when needing power throughput along with data at the same time, along with Macbook Pro compatibility.

    • The hub is support for MacBook pro.
You can charge by PD port & data transfer by USB port at the same time.

    • By the way. It also can use HDMI & Card clot at the same time

  • +4

Just giving an upvote because the rep is responding to all queries

    • +2

Tks. We strive every step of the service to make our customers satisfaction

thanks, item is well price, looks high quality and rep is responding to all answers. I ordered one.

    • Tks. My pleasure

The hub arrived yesterday. Why can't I find Heymix logo on the item or the box although all the pics on amazon website show a the logo on products?

        • Dear trieup
There have 2 looks of our item. The item without a logo is a version before. The Amazon stock ship item with random. But you can use it as same, it is no different with 2 versions except the logo. If you have any problems, you can contact us at any time. Our support email is [email protected]

  • Can I have a micro SD card plugged into this hub then transfer straight from that card to a USB stick that’s also plugged into the same hub?

    • +3

That should certainly work, but transfer is still via the PC, so will be normal speed.

      • +1

Tks for help to answer the question :)

  • The USB-C Hub just arrived.

I noticed that when I input PD 45W charging into the Heymix, only 35W reaches my laptop.
Could you explain the tech on why this is the case?

    • Do you use other ports at the same time?

      • Nothing else was connected except the PD charging cable

        • +1

Dear Chazn, can you tell me which laptop and the charging adapter do you use? I will ask for our technical support team.

          • @auselect: Dell XPS 13 2018, using the 45W USB-C charger that comes standard with the Laptop.

            • +1

@[Deactivated]: Our technical support team has replied to me.
The hub keeps the other ports (like USB PORT / HDMI PORT) as ready. So it will consume max to 10-13w.
This is also why the PD charging support up to 100w, but our hub max to 87w. It is an honest description
Because the hub in the market described support 100w is almost not the input to laptop through the hub (100W into the hub). The laptop will get max to 90w charging.
Maybe you can get a powerful adapter.

              • @auselect: Thanks for the clarification!

                • @[Deactivated]: Tks for purchases.
If you have any questions or suggestions, You can leave me a message.

  • +2

Just arrived, works well with Nintendo switch using original Nintendo Power supply.
I've googled many in the past and haven't found hubs that support switch.

    • Yep, Tks for purchase. Have a nice day

    • Yep, Tks for purchase. Have a nice day

  • Hi, does it have any warranty?

    • +1

Dear dcho, If you have any problem about buying things. We have 30days free return

  • Hey op, any discount on this

  • Big issues. I could not work out why my wifi internet on my macbook pro was destroyed over the last few days (getting 1/20th the normal speed). It only happens when I plug in the device's HDMI port. Must be causing huge amounts of interference. Disconnect the HDMI and all is good. I will be returning unfortunately as it is unusable. What is the procedure?

Real shame as rest was awesome.

    • Dear Boxall.

I think your laptop is Macbook 2016 or 2017. There is a bug with these versions. Because the high-speed transfer is in the 2.4hz signal, it is the same as wifi signal. it will interface the wifi signal.
There has a solution, You can have a try. Change your wifi signal to 5Ghz. Then you can use the hdmi & wifi at the same time. If you can't use it. You can return as free. Tks for your purchase

      • Mac book pro 2018. 5Ghz is actually even worse. Just bizarre.

        • Really? I have sent to our support team what you reported. Or maybe there are some problems with the hub you got. U can return the hub as free on amazon, then we can get a new one for u.

          • @auselect: On it.

            • @boxall: Requested a return. There was no option to replace. :-(

              • @boxall: Any idea how to just request a replacement?

  • I bought one of these to tidy up the home office space. Works well with my work laptop, 2 regular 1080 monitors, phone, Galaxy S6 tablet and personal laptop. Looks good and is pretty solid for the price. Not using the ethernet port.

    • I'm glad u like it.
Tks for purchase. Have a nice day

  • I bought the HeyMix 11IN1 USB C Adapter to use with my Lenovo laptop. I have 2 external screens with a HDMI and a VGA connection. No matter what I do I can't set one of the screen as my primary and have this extended to the 2nd screen. Every time it just duplicates. Anyone got any idea's

    • It's a single display output.

If you need 2 screens to display with the laptop. There has another version hub you can choose. The hub may have dual HDIM output
