      Note this model and the one you linked aren't the same. This one only has one USB-A port, whereas the one in the previous deal has two USB-A ports. On paper you would expect both to perform similarly, but you can't necessarily take the comments on the previous deal as a reflection of the quality or performance of this pre-sale model.

    I've got the one with USB-C + A, it's actually "rated capacity" 6800mah, it's even written on the unit NOT on the listing, which advertises 10000mah and looks identical.
    I've never seen this "rated capacity" before, is this even a thing, or just a dodgy Kogan thing?

    It's larger than most current competitors at this rating.

      It could be that the 10000mah is at 3.7v (nominal lithium battery voltage) but as it needs to output 5v for USB, it’s only 6800mah@5v.

      My Xiaomi power bank has something similar written on it, so I’m guessing it’s standard practice?

    Don’t cancel your members first before it expires. The trial ends when you cancel it.

    I had a case where I placed an order, cancelled my members first, they refunded my money, went to place my order again only to find out I am not eligible for members first anymore.

    I contact them over emails to reinstate it just for this order and they refused multiple times. So I took my money somewhere else in the end. Customer service very poor here imo

      I kind of think they were in the right to not re-instate it. That's not poor customer service in my view. But there are dozens of people that have complained on here about not receiving refunds/replacements etc, which is clearly bad customer service.

    i cant say that i have had a issue with them had a microwave that developed a fault they sent me a new one and also gave me a refund
