Like any exchange, the buy and sell prices will differ. We don't charge fee's but we do incorporate spread into our rates. This is all mentioned in our FAQ's.

We don't charge any fees, the price you see is what you get. We make our money from currency spread. Your exchange may charge you a fee to send certain digital currency, we recommend you check with your coin exchange provider. Please ensure you account for this fee when making any transactions.
Your spread is pretty bad. As of the time of this comment, I'd be approximately $300 better off (factoring in your one-off $50 bonus, too) selling 1 BTC at the current market price on BTCMarkets, and BTC deposits and AUD withdraws are free on BTCMarkets.

Our spread at the moment is set at about 1.9%, with the $50 bonus this improves the spread for the user. If you were to withdraw $2,000 from RTB today you'd receive $2,050 for 0.14840263 BTC. The same amount of BTC on btcmarkets would earn you a withdrawal of $2,037 so you wouldn't be better off. Please note, the Buy Price on btcmarkets is different to the sell price. I don't believe BTCMarkets offers any rewards type programs, we have users nearing our platinum status who really enjoy our rewards program who will soon who will greatly benefit from ongoing use of our service.
We use the coinpayments API as a method of payment, if the figures are wildly out it may be that they're changing their spread.
Why would you being going so far over the 2 k Jonz in your calculations ?
At less OP can give you the right one for the optimum play :)
