they say this is good for people who are too lazy to floss often. So basically if you floss everyday you won't need this but if you floss once every couple of months this might help you floss more often. Unless if you have braces then this will be your only option.
i think this is better than flossing. you can try buy:

everyone who think dentist is EXPENSIVE, please buy water flosser (the desktop is better see the above link, i personally have desktop for home and portable for travelling), manual flossing is GOOD but nothing compare with using this.
