Removing under Eye Bags. Any Advice ?

Hi . Background of my situation . I am 30 . Have under eye bags that always make me look tired . I have had them since my 20s so i think they are hereditary. I sleep well , drink enough water ect do all the right things and nothing helps

I have also tried so many eye creams and they also dont help

I am trying to avoid under eye surgery

I have been googling and some say micro-needling can get rid of under eye bags ?

I am in Melbourne and there is one place saying they can do a laser treatment that gets rid of them but they are the only clinic in Melbourne that does this ?
Dosent seem right

Also if there are any other non surgical treatments that have helped anyonew with their under eye bags i would love to know

Thanks

Did you ever wake up groggy with a mysterious scar on your abdomen?

  • is your cholesterol level high?

Have you worked out why you've got those eye bags?

If it's none of above, I am going to say it's genetics and without a more intrusive treatment, they are here to stay.

Have you tried any cream that has some sort of venom in it, much like what botox does to your skin?

    • Definitely genetics . I dont smoke , dont drink , eat well and drink heaps of water .

      Its not a lifestyle issue.

No i havent tried that . I have found topical creams to be quite useless

  • My wife has started using a product called My Perfect Eyes.
Pricey, but it gives a noticeable improvement - worth every penny!

    • Yes i have seen these creams on tv . Im looking for something more permanent

It's genetics. You're going to need cosmetic surgery for it tbh. Anything other than that will give minimal results/mask it temporarily.

Liver/gallbladder. Be in bed by 10pm. 'Eating well' means different things to different people.
Bulk nutrients have an excellent liver support, tastes like shit, but get most people's liver going.
If you are on a low fat diet for whatever reason, that's a good indication for gallbladder issues.

I'll assume you have seen this: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/bags-under-ey…
I saw an ophthalmologist and he assured me that dark colour/circles is just blood flow (and is genetic) and I do suffer from (inhaled) allergies…
He recommended an eye-bath daily of some clean tap water with a touch of bicarb soda dissolved in it.
I did not know at the time, but I was suffering from chronic sleep apnoea.
So I thought I was getting enough sleep, but really I was not.

    • But im not talking about my eyes . Im talking about the the bags underneath
