I think it depends on the retailer. If I selected Powershop then it doesn't ask for ID but does ask for direct debit details.

Did you get the cashback? I also can't see how you can activate these SIM on PAYG without asking a Rep to manually change the plan.

Not sure how you managed to signup without providing ID. I always had to provide driver licence.

Seems like there is no option to change the transfer limit for Target Saver. The dropdown list only have S1 and S7 accounts.
