    Been doing that, but other family members dont seem to like it much. Swallowing one tablet in 3 sec is much more comforting and accepting.

      Sure that's still a good option but ground flax has fibre and other nutrients not found in oil.

        Yes i totally agree. Some just prefer pills. I rather have my family take the pills than not having any at all.
