    So it appears to be a standalone, off-line installer for the full version of the game, similiar to a GOG.com copy. No Steam key unfortunately.

    I can't seem to be able to claim it. After login and visit the deal link, I only see a "Go To Your Library" button, and clicking this button goes to my profile. I don't see the game there. Is there anything I missed?

      Click on the Showcase label under your Library, Ubersoldier II should be there along with a Windows icon button, which if you press it will start the download, 2.6GB.

        Ah…thanks! Apparently I already claimed it before and there are too many freebies that I most likely won't get to play them all.

      That just means you already own it.
      As 4wd said, you can find it in your showcase library.
