Where can I get chicken cooked like this in NSW?

I love watching these Korean street food vids.

    OP have you done a search on google? So many places in the city/Strathfield/Eastwood serve korean fried chicken. Sparrow's Mill, Arisun, Seoulria, Gami are just a few of those in the city. Stratty/Eastwood even Chatswood have tons more.

        The english translation is Gangjung chicken.

        Sparrow's Mill/Incredible Chicken is great for that IMO as long as it's not too busy.
        Would recommend off-peak; service isn't that good in peak hour (as with any restaurant).

      Same as my friends, usually go to Sparrows Mill or Gami

    Would have to say the Korean side of Eastwood if you're located in Sydney OR the food court in the Mandarin Centre
