Sosure Rip off

Moved to Forum: Original Link

Signed up to Sosure Ap and benefited from the Ozbargain codes and coupons: went to use them and clicked through the various codes when paying. Came home and was notified that Sosure had taken the Payment from my credit card without my aporoval. Contacted them and they said the codes were for first time use only and they made a mistake by adding them to my credits, and others. They then removed them from my account, in the mean time I had to pay $59 for my food despite having the credits. After raising it with Sosure they said sorry and offered only a $10 credit. Since I complained my SoSure shake and win credits now amount to average .0002 when prior I was getting on average 40-50 cents.

It's the riches to rags story of the decade…

    • Are you talking about SoSures future or my story??!!

      • It's all you, Leroy.

It's the heart-wrenching story of a man who began his life at the bottom, but with a lot of hard work struggles his way through most of his life at the bottom, only to finally emerge at the end of his life, at the bottom…

        • Yeah, almost, but no. Good on you for trying to be somewhat half SoUnsurely amusing.

This should be made into a movie with a Celine Dion soundtrack.

  • Sosure had taken the Payment from my credit card without my approval

You gave them your approval when you signed up, terms and conditions clearly state they can charge your card for any amounts you owe.
You were ineligible for credits so that means you were liable for the charges.
    Plain and simple

  • I’m SoUnsure by all your negative comments when these guys are a scam. Amusing comments are welcomed though.

  • valuable ozbargainer lesson…don't ever give a random site/app access to your main credit card when prepaid/debit cards where you control the amount are available for free
