It's showing as $11.99 for 3 months for me as an ex premium member. Still a good deal to reactivate, but I use Spotify from my desktop mainly and I can skip ads, not use shuffle and doesn't seem worth it to me anymore. I can endure the half a second of commbank ad before I skip it.

Yes. Although you do get used to have no ads and full functionality and end up wanting to keep it.
Just buy premium in the classified for $15 a year. Less hassle.
