  • Is the 'find in store' feature for David Jones working for anyone right now?

    • Nah, not working for me either. Shame.

    • Ive used David Jones C&C Pricing before at Bunnings for price beat.. try it !

    • I found those items this morning too. Website couldn't find me any stores for C&C. I suspect it may be that there is no actual stock of them.

    • Did you get the Bluetooth version? Hopefully so, in that case you are all good.

  • hardly any stock and unavailable for delivery?

  • Anyone else finding the GG website has blown up?

Edit: maybe just me. Can't reach it on my desktop, but phone browser works.

Down from the advertised price of $287? Props to you!

      • Yes :)

how did you do that? officeworks refused to price match cos their product number was "MK2" not "MK3"

Google search gives me led strips for MK2, MK3 is the actual model. And it is selling for $287 at OW. The staff was confused and surprised by the big price gap, called a colleague to verify and they said it is matching. Although, they weren't really happy, they had to honor the price beat policy!

        • oh was this in store or over the phone? maybe i should try again haha
congrats on getting such a good price though

      • The MK2 vs MK3 thing was my price match experience too. :-(

Called up local GG store was told it's discontinued model so hardly any stock anywhere except some regional stores

  • Starter kit is available basically nowhere and not for delivery. Dead deal, I think.

  • $119 colour starter kit a great price, but per other comments stock is rare

  • Can you buy now @ higher price and claim it on 28 degrees ?

Found the last 2 in stock at local Harvey Norman.
Staff was very friendly, price matched for me without any problem,
he was wondering why Goodguys lowered the price so much,
I told him maybe a new version is coming out soon.

    Thank you OP

  • Just got at@$132.50 @ loganholme Qld , Officeworks. The lady on the counter have to ring the store(Bundaberg good guys ) and they confirm can deliver to Brisbane for $20 and end up getting price beat on $139 5% worked our to be 132.50..still not a bad deal..if anyone wanna try their luck they have more stock ..

  • I did try to get OW to price match the colour bulb, and it almost worked except for the ‘clearance’ wording. Apparently they’re not obliged to price match those in their terms and conditions. They hadn’t realised that the GG ones aren’t the BT ones that OW stock. I did managed to find some at Capalaba GG, so it was an extra 30min drive for me.
EBGames do have the newest colour bulbs for $59 if anyone wants to use them to price match at OW.

    • Just to clarify, because I bought one, the $59 bulbs at EB are the previous non-BT globes. You might get lucky and convince OW they are the new ones, but don't count on it.

  • Found the last one of the A60 E27 in Good Guys Auburn.. they still have 4 warm white starter kits
