Just got this notification from Hey You and 7% is pretty good! I know it's annoying it's not actual cash but Hey You credits but for people who use this app at least you can get a free coffee (or two)? :)
No information about how long this is available for so feel free to comment if you know more than I do!
They call it a cashback in the app, so I've just quoted what they've written themselves.
When they succeed in getting rid of cash they'll just call it "life credits" you can only stay alive if you have enough credits.
Clever idea, but pretty poor to call it a cashback by Hey You, when it's clearly not a cashback. Would avoid these guys.

It's in the app only (I've got Android, so not sure about iOS). Can't see anything about it on their website so link is just to their homepage in case it shows up. Have edited the description just in case!

Yeah I really should use mine up. Used to be great when shopback was offering 50c back on every order. It's been at 0% for months now…probably a sign that Heyyou is struggling.
I was a very frequent user until that time their support wrongly advised that a coupon code was open to all then went back on their word citing their fine print after several users had already spent their money. Emailed, and the answer was basically a flat no. So yeah, they lost me. Also they shouldn't call creditback a cashback.

Yeah good point but it’s still the best coffee ordering app out there. I only go to places that allow me to bring a keepcup and they are all for that. The customer service is not bad aside from that mistake and a few others haha
I got the email but was burnt by these guys on a previous promo so they won't be getting my business. Rather the 5% off discounted gift cards from the cashback sites.
I also contacted them recently because a store had higher prices on the app than in store (which is against Hey You's terms) and support didn't care.
Hey You also charge a service fee now for orders.
How is it a cashback if it's not cash?
