Wow, not a great competition. Only during 30 seconds of every hour can you actually win, and if no-one wins during that time, then the prizes for that hour just aren't given to anybody. Unlike competitions where it's released and first person after that time wins.
If people have to bother to scan or take a pic of their receipt before they can even enter.. it's not worth it for such a low odd of winning.
