Toyota and NRMA( maybe more) offer saving for fuel up at Caltex, as long as the final amount is >$40, I don't see why not.
Some Caltex Star Mart and The Foodary locations accept Woolworths save 4 cents too.
Every Caltex can still offer Woolworths 4c off discount. That's referring to the Woolworths owned stores. I've seen star marts and the Foodary locations that offer the Woolworths 4c off discount.

I can confirm the Commbank rewards - had received it during Jan offer for purchasing Caltex gift card. I haven't tried CR but their terms allow GC purchase. Only risk would be if Commbank changed their system in last 6 months to identify GC purchase at terminal and deny cash back.

@currentfad: How long does it take for cashback to be approved by CBA and cashrewards? I bought a $50 Starcash GC in Woolworths Metro Caltex and a $50 Starcash GC in Caltex StarMart. Both of them are participating stations. I tapped my Mastercard for both transactions. Both of the GCs I purchased are marked as completed in my bank account. Nothing shows up in CBA nor cashrewards app for me.

Genuine question, when I payed with credit card the receipt says EFT trans so I'm confused.
There are further options if you insert the card instead of tapping. I did it thinking eftpos transactions get settled instantly and I'd get the cashback quicker. Meh….

@dinglejerry: yep the timings are quite varied. I had the same offer on my card - and I got the cashback notification in 3 days. Whereas it took a bit longer this time.
