      I think the Play Store app shows "In-app purchases" even if there are no items to purchase as long as one of the app's permissions is "Google Play billing service".

      If you tap on "About this game" and scroll down to "Game info" section, you'll see there aren't any. (If you look at other apps that do have IAPs, you'll see something like In-app purchases $x.xx - $x.xx per item within this section.)

      I've played few levels and looked at the settings but there doesn't seem to be any. Also, the Google Play website doesn't indicate there are IAPs.
