Did that work? I thought they classified a new user by phone number and the credit card.
Very nice, never ordered on doordash before, but it seems the delivery fee is better than Ubereats.
I noticed the same! UberEats nearly always $7-8 delivery where I am. DoorDash is <$5 some are $3. Food doesn't seem as marked up as well.
You can order online and it doesn't need a phonenumber.
You just need a new unused email. :)
FYI for those who have used DoorDash before: you need both a new credit card number and a new phone number*.
* Sometimes it requires you to use the phone number for 2 factor auth, sometimes it doesn't. No idea why.

I was quoted $16 by DoorDash, I put my card in and submitted and then they charged $36.
I've used a few of their codes and not had an issue? Did you complain? I heard its hard to find but they respond unlike Ubers :/
you need a new number, email and new credit card each time to claim this. i confirmed it because adding the same credit card removed the discount and blocked subsequent discounts.

I used a made up phone number and email, paid with google pay with no issues.
at the start I would have to confirm the number but to work around it all you had to do was change the last digit of the number before check out and they would instead email the verification code to me instead, the past week I didn't have to verify at all.unfortunately this deal has expired but the old "STORE2DOOR" promo is working again for $15 off a minimum $30 spend.

If you want to use this deal but have previously signed up using your mobile number, you can use a made up number. They will ask to send a verification code to this number but select the help option then send the code via email. Once you have ordered you can then change your number to your current one.
