My mate was a VIP member and he asked another coffee shop he frequented if they’d match it and they did. He was a very regular customer so was a win win I think.

That’s a real win win especially if your mate likes that particular coffee shop’s coffee. But to be fair, not all Coffee Club coffee is bad and even the same shop cannot make consistently same quality of coffee by different staff.

REcently renewed my card and wife's - new cards have complete different numbers - need to be careful to not lose accrued credit when transitioning from one to next.

I found their coffee flavor is always weaker than other places. I wonder if they cut corners because of the VIP buy 1 get 1 free offer.
