irrc they rate the waterproof as 10 and breathability as an 8. No idea what those numbers mean, but I guess its breathable.
It does not look tailored, so you'll probably get most of warm air out anyways.. Model picturing suggest just that, wear it unzipped ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I saw the hivis work jackets in Aldi for just under $40
Just be aware these are super bright and wouldn't be wanting to have them in the sun
