Penfolds and Wolf Blass are both owned by Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) so in a way it is a sister brand of Penfolds, the Black Label is a great red and will cellar very well but don't expect it to increase in value.

Black label: 2012 & 2016. The 2012 is the 40th vintage edition

The black was not included instead it was a grey cab sav. (honest mistake, I believe)
They had no black left and kindly offered a platinum.
I took it.

Mate , same here they did a big time f___k up mates of mine who ordered the deal after me were able to pick up with no worries and when I turned up they cancelled my order ..such a shame ..

Similar to my order, Dans Middle Park QLD has dispatched the Black label with an expected delivery date to me in Sydney of Monday, the Grey label has just been packed.
It’s good to choose delivery in this case. It’s more chance to guarantee the order.

Got sms this morning and pick up my 4 cases this afternoon in Willoughby store. 12 2015 grey + 12 2016 grey + 4 2016 black.
So my order was cancelled on Saturday but I just received a SMS (Monday) saying that it has shipped?
I had the same cancellation txt on the weekend and Sent SMS just now. Website shows as Packed so fingers crossed

We opened a bottle of the grey label - WOW! - Definitely better than the wines I usually buy in the $4-$7 (after discounting) range.
Got mine today. I've had Grey Labels before. It's a very rich and full bodied wine that easily pleases everybody. Will probably save the Black Labels for some special occasion - like when a vaccine for Covid is released, maybe.
I was kicking myself for missing out on the deal. That's what happens when you stop checking OZB for a few days!! But! I am not sure if anybody noticed but the same deal was "written" on their website very briefly on Tuesday morning, 14/7/2020, likely an error. Though if clicked through, the price didn't reduce. I was able to ring them and get the deal that way and the text on their website literally disappeared as soon as I got off the phone with the guy. But I got lucky and the order went through and I took delivery today. Woohoo! Yes, just bragging. LOL
This deal is $160 now. (5 grey and 1 black)
…which still seems like a bargain.
