It says Australia-wide but aren’t they an international page?
Is the prize 20x packs in the picture or other prizes? I can’t tell the scope model but that pictured prize pack is likely $3000-$5000 and 20 of those seems unlikely for such a small page unless they’re sponsored?

I sense that this one's a scam. A lot of posts on fb says it is. Good thing they didn't ask us to submit any of our details.
Hmm FYI one of the comments on the FB post
"People, check out the page. They're claiming no page owner and created in Czek Republic. Yes they're going to send you the winnings. Riiiigghhht!"
I'm not going to validate the statement/investigate myself as I have no interest in the prize - but may be worth a second look!
