Shipping Personal Things from Australia to Europe

Hello

I am a keen tracker of OzBargain deals, but have decided to join the community only today. I have a question and I believe the people of OzBargain community may have best hands-on experience or may have discussed it already.

We are staying in Australia for a year. We tried to keep our footprint of things small, but the number of things we own have grown significantly. We would definitely prefer to bring some of them along the souvenirs back to Europe.

I wonder, if somebody could recommend shipping companies to bring boxes/suitcases back to Europe (possibly ground shipping) that offer reasonable costs and services?

        I hope he posts once he gets to leave, I'm kind of invested in the story.

  Ground shipping from australia to europe is going to be somewhat challenging. Try sea freight.

  Oopps, technically I understand that it is probably more appropriate to call it sea freight. Any couriers who do that and give estimates online?
