          Feel free to correct if I'm wrong.

          I'd rather pay more for the ability to wash the quilt myself… each to their own.

              @LiMaaa: it's on their product sticker "machine washable & tumble dry"… you can machine wash at home or take it to the dry cleaners.

      The materials that we use and the man hours that go into making our quilts would make it impossible to sell at those prices.

    Not sure about other people but I've had bad experiences with these guys.

    Their customer service is practically non-existent so if you have any problems with your initial order. Do not expect a resolution unless you go to paypal and open a case for yourself.

    Gave them 1 and half months to try and help but always found myself constantly emailing them.

    They basically stopped replying to e-mails and even DMs on Ozbargain.

    Would never buy from them again.

    Buyer beware. Have a read over their previous posts.
    Customer service non existent as well as being deceptive with origin of product being made in Australia.
    I have no idea why OzB allows them to post here for free advertising/marketing.

    I ordered some scuffs from them previously. Both pairs had quality issues but they were prompt in processing the return (which was free postage) and issued a full refund in a very timely manner. I would have preferred replacement pairs rather than the refund but I think that was my fault for not filling out the returns form correctly. Anyway, just sharing my experience with the company, would order again from them as I have an original pair of tall uggs that are still going strong after 10+ years.
