I thought it may have been for the outdoor parking with shuttle bus, but it is actually for parking at the terminal in P1 or P2.

Hard to get the spot. I parked there a couple times from July to November. Yes great price but had to circle around to get a spot. Now as the flight activity increases, even to get undercover at airpark (where you still need to catch a bus to terminal) is a struggle.
