Until Ghost of Tsushima drops for the PC, this is probably the closest PC game to replicating the live action combat feel of Ghost of Tsushima on the PS4.
Game is still in active development, so there are bugs, but it is 10% off for today only.
Remember Steam has a 2 hour demo window where you can purchase and refund the game if you don't like it. Support up and coming developers in all genres and cultures.
If you're going down the dark souls route, may as well get Nioh or Sekiro

Ghost isn't dropping on PC.
Not anytime soon at least. Didn't think Horizon Dawn would ever end up on PC and yet it launches next month
$40 for a mixed/66% game. Ouch. Screen shots look pretty at least?

Reading the steam reviews, seems like there are a lot of bugs still. I don't think it's similar to Ghost in any way apart from it being a third person action game…seems to draw more inspiration from dark souls or darksiders 3.
If you want to try out wuxia RPGs I recommend Gujian 3.
