    Only the body weight and BI is real. The rest such as body fat, body water etc. are fake info, they don't actually measure. First of all the number is exactly the same if the weight is the same. And then the scale will still show the same data when I wear a pair of socks.

    BMI is crap especially if you very active and particularly muscular. My BMI is 26 but only 16% body fat and 8 visceral fat.

        These are as good as it gets for scales trying to predict body fat % etc. if you want anything better you need to do a proper scan. I did both and the results weren’t too much different
