[Resolved] eufy HomeBase 2 Won’t Connect - Keeps Flashing Blue

Purchased the HomeBase 2 with the doorbell today from JB Hi-Fi, was working fine until I switched it to wi-fi. Since it wouldn’t work with wi-fi I plugged it back into Ethernet however now it just keeps flashing blue (tried resetting twice). Anyone know a fix?

Resolved

Plugging the HomeBase into the modem and setting it up to wirelessly connect to the router fixed the issue.

    Try factory resetting if you haven't already and reconnected via the app.

  • On another note, can you not buy eufy cam 2 in aus? Couldn't see on Amazon and ebay? Only 2c

  • I had exact same problem… UPDATED APP TO LATEST VERSION AND IT WORKED INSTANTLY!!!! Baahahaha…. Spent an hour yelling at a blinking light… when it was merely a software bug on their app! Face palm infinity!

  • I had the same issue. I strongly believe the fix is that all devices should have the latest firmware or OS upgrades. Once I upgrade my phone OS (it was 3 patches behind android) all worked.
