Hi all
I bought a Xiaoji foaming hand dispenser from these guys at the end of Jan and it's stopped working(sensor lights up when you place your hand underneath but the motor doesn't make a noise or dispense anything anymore).
Can't seem to get hold of them via email, phone or live chat on their website. Do these guys have any sort of after sales service or am I better off writing off my $40 and ordering from somewhere else in future?

Emailed them about an item that arrived damaged.
Sent out and new one no questions asked.
Just had to return the damaged one once I got the replacement.
