    Thanks mate but Expired?

  • Shows $318.75 to me

Note to anyone who hasn't used Afterpay before and is hesitant - you can pay off the debt immediately/as soon as you want with no penalties - so you can essentially use it like any other payment gateway with one extra step - which is probably worth it for the 15% off!

    • Is there any credit check involved, i.e. will it show up on your credit report as an enquiry (and thus negatively impact your credit score)?

      • They general won’t, but reserve the right to do so.

Regardless, a lender will still see AfterPay repayments on a bank statement however, and may draw their own conclusions.

        • +1

They will draw their own conclusions taking into account your whole financial situation. It's unlikely that the mere fact that you have used Afterpay is a mark against your name.

Yeah Afterpay is fine if you pay them by the payment dates. Think of it like a credit card with specific interest free payment terms and a tiny $1500 limit. If you're the kind of person who always pays your bills on time then you'll never pay anything extra for using Afterpay. Afterpay still make a little bit of money by charging the merchant a small percentage. The merchant makes money because often the customer never would have bought the item in the first place if it weren't for Afterpay. $1500 at once is way more than the average person's free spending money from a single pay. Everyone wins, except those foolish enough not to pay it off in time.

  • allphone xiaomi 34' monitor $636 paying with afterpay with code.

    • Yes same deal as when they first launched it more than a week ago.

  • +1

For this deal, I'm pretty sure you don't need to actually use afterpay, just select it and then pay off your whole order with gift card and the coupon is still valid from previous experience

  • How is Airpods Pro for fit and comfort compared to the original Airpods. I'm worried those rubber tips won't fit snuggly in my ear, like am I going to have to keep pushing them back in every 5 minutes? I they work then great..

    • I didn't have an issue with the original Airpods, but I know many who did. Check out the video review by TheVerge where comfort+fit is a primary focus of the review: https://www.theverge.com/2019/11/1/20942472/apple-airpods-pr...

      • Thanks, yeah I like the original in terms of comfort, but the sound quality isn't great with no isolation, (although that can be handy as sometimes you actually want to hear outside noise!). Rubber tips don't always fit great in my ears though…

Just a heads up, the Xiaomi 34" Monitor from Gearbite is a parallel import, the official australian stock version is from Allphones/Mobileciti.

    • +3

No official Xiaomi service centres in Australia so you have to return back to store anyway. Plus delivery to Sydney would cost $20 while gearbite as free return + 0 dead pixel policy warranty 2 years.

    • The product is the same, just different suppliers. Two years local warranty with 0 pixels and free return is great. It only works against you buying from gearbite if they close down.

  • Bring fish screen?
