      Hi gailson7869, thanks for your comments, recently we cannot guarantee the shipping, now most shipping need to wait for air freight, so some can arrive in a month, some need 1-2 months.

    Purchased a Baseus Bluetooth to 3.5mm dongle from eskybird.com a few months back

    Item arrived DOA/Doesn't pair with devices.

    Contacted eskybird on their website and even had a rep on OzBargain reach out to me.

    After a few back and forth emails I was told I would recieve a replacement and they seemed quite genuine in their concenrn.

    I still haven't and it's been a few months. I've given up. Probably try a new brand and a new seller next time.

    EDIT: The mailman literally just dropped off the dongle. Last email corrispondance was June 24th. So just over a month for replacement. Item seems to be in working order. Hopefully it lasts a little while. Original order was made April 7th, so Just under 4 months total wait time for a working Bluetooth - 3.5mm dongle

    Not the same but I have this model https://www.baseus.com.au/shop/holders/car-mounts/baseus-gra… and it falls off the vent (with my phone going tumbling!) approximately 1 in 5 car trips. Use it with an iPhone 7 Plus. It’s put me off Baseus or at least these vent style mounts. YMMV.

      Hi EICheapoo, the main difference is the clamp design, then the crafts of the appearance, both are very good quality, the first one should be the upgraded version.

    Hi OP, the vent clip - is it plastic ? I purchased one similar to this in Sep19 (19090120v0942541) and the clip no longer holds as the ends no longer meet to form a tight hold.
