I bought a dehumidifier from Kogan on 22 June. It was faulty and reported to Kogan from day one. I have only just received the refund today. Their service is the WORST. Never again.

They aren't speedy with their customer service cause there's like only like 2 people answering emails but at least you got your refund.

So… between Kogan or Harvey, which to buy?
I'd go Harvey if the price is the same or even a little more, HN is still a retail chain and one of the biggest so refunds are harder for them to avoid, unlike Kogan who have no shopfronts or people to talk to in person. It's not like HN are a "bad" company that should be avoided.

I got no issues with Kogan. But once had a torrid time with Kogan mobile and their Indian call centr, since then not used their mobile service. But Kogan is cool with me
Everything I have bought (~15 items) have been great without issue including a kogan brand tv, smart globes and robot vacuum.
Yeah, I don't understand the fuss. Kogan is alright, a lot of their own brand products are surprisingly good quality. I only had a warranty issue once, got a refund without returning the item. Really can't complain
What robot vac did you get? I need to use my $500 credit.
So happy with it. This is sold out, but others have memory/ mapping function. Seems like a crucial function?
Dont have wifi, so not fussed about any of that side..or do you need wifi for it to store / memorising 'map' data?
Their TVs are cheap but functional, the pq on almost all of them is average. You get what you pay for.

Bought a case from them for my iPhone X. They sent a case for a Samsung galaxy. They quickly fixed the issue and sent me an iPhone 8 case. Which of course is wrong. Kogan is hopeless. IMO

Bloody Kogan, never got a case delivered, Aus Post claiming item never got sent, Kogan handballing to CUB, but I can't contact CUB directly and Kogan don't bother responding, STILL out of beer one month later.
