  Not a bad deal with the extra year's warranty. However, if I remember correctly, the Iconia only comes with 512Mb of RAM. If so this may well rule out the possibility of upgrading it to ICS.

    Iconia comes with 1GB RAM. And if Nexus S (with 512MB RAM) is able to upgrade to ICS, those Tegra2 based tablets with 1GB RAM shouldn't have problem…

      must keep in mind thou Scotty that tablets naively have a higher display resolution. So right away there they need more memory.

      I've confused this model with the Iconia A100 which has only 512MB RAM. Info on the min h/w reqmnts for ICS is scarce. Some souces claim that it needs more than 512MB to run while others has said that any device that is able to run 2.3 should be okay. Can anyone confirm?

  They need to fix their specs page. They made me research everywhere to see where they came from the DDR3 for the RAM and also the 6cell battery.

  Anyways, very tempted to buy one of these for a few weeks now. I even went to JB to check it out but the sales rep treid to scare me about it being a grey import because they are selling it cheap.
