Yes. This time export pack. Local pack is short expiry pack intended for India only while export pack has long expiry. According to supplier export atta is much better but we don't believe that. We have observed that export pack has strong packaging and better if you want to keep it for longer while local pack has thin packaging and may be susceptible to weather and heat in long term.

      • Why you order local pack ?

        • When export stock is less then have keep local packs. Export packs controlled by Katoomba Trading while many importer brings local pack so local packs are cheaper because of short expiry & multiple importers. Recently export stock run-out because of one ITC factory closure.

    "The Trusted Name Since Years"

    Yeah…nah.

    • Yup & was discussed the same in all previous postings.

I think you're missing the point though. People aren't saying it isn't a trusted name. They are saying the sentence "the trusted name since years" does not make sense grammatically. It should be something like "The trusted name since 2004" or "The trusted name for 15 years" or something like that.

Agree but its owner's decision and it is in the trade marks so probably fixed for years.

Not sure why this post gets posted every week. What is the bargain in these prices? You are just marketing your prices. What are we comparing these prices against? We don’t have any benchmark available to classify any of these prices as bargains.

This is good deals if someone buying stock for day to day indian cooking. These are daily use items and some families buy in bulk weekly. Like atta is used to make daily bread some family makes twice in a day. Like in rice you can easily save 20-30% when it is on special. This week dal or pulses are like half price.
