  • Miss the good ol' $150 sim pack…

Waiting for Boost's website to apply the update on Long-Expiry plans. Hoping that their ridiculously low data allowance as reported in a typo.

where is the low data yearly plan?
I used totally 6g out of 80g data in the last 9 months ^_^

        • $200 for 30 GB over a year

  • Awesome deal.. more data than the new 200 for a year and only 15 bux lol

    • Lol. Prolly the $200 plan is now good only for 'International Calling'. I believe it is still the cheapest value plan for calling international (25 countries included).

  • Deleted… I read it properly

  • Did Boost remove one of the 12 month options?

  • On the $30 auto-recharge, this gives 300gb for $325. That's much better in terms of data than their year-long offers. But you have to use the data consistently.

It's actually 285 GB (it goes down to 20 GB from the 4th month) but yes.

  • Anyone else got issues with porting their numbers? I got a pre-paid sim and have done the activation and the ID check. Got an email saying it's 24 business hours activation, but it's been a week and so far nothing. All calls are being redirected to the website and there's no live chat available either.

    • i got same problem. have you solved yours and how? thanks

      • Nope. Still not resolved. I emailed them and they said they've followed it up with their managers, but that was over a week ago and still nothing. I've just emailed them saying that if I don't hear back by Monday I'll report them to ACCC. Will see if that'll speed things up.

    • Are you porting from another Telstra provider? If so, there's a special procedure for that.

      • im porting from Australia Post Flexisim (optus)

      • Nah. Porting from Optus

  • I'm trying to enter my address. The unit number comes up and I click it, but then it only keeps the street number. Maybe because I was a previous customer and only accepts brand new customers?

    • Solution: start to enter address, then click on "can't find address".

Q: Has anyone ordered a sim recently? It says 10 business days due to covid. Is that real?

Can I use my own number if purchased that promotion?

I just cancelled my phone service last night. Hat ethe 24 month contract. Rather to stay with prepaid or the sim plan until iPhone 12 is released.
