Would be good for the Y27q-20, brings it down to ~$791 https://www.lenovo.com/au/en/accessories-and-monitors/gaming…

    • These are almost 30% off on edu store if you have access

      • I can't even see that model in my edu store… What do you see?

Any touch screen laptop , with good specs please?

  • Any recommendation for portable/mobile monitor?

  • So if I use the THINK-X coupon that pops up during checkout and then by this - my cashback will get cancelled?
    Thanks for any info

    • -1

      Correct. Read t & c on CR.

      • Codes generated directly by Lenovo on its website will be okay.
      • Codes imported from other sites, plugins, newsletters, banners, 3rd party advertising etc will be ineligible.
      • To ensure tracking, do all your research prior, then click ‘Shop Now’ from Cashrewards and buy. Do not browse away from Lenovo to other sites and do not use 3rd party plugins to find discounts (disable them).
      • If you prefer, use the CR mobile app as it utilises its own native browser with no plugins.
      • Tracking notification for Lenovo typically takes from 4 to 24 hours.

      Hope this helps.

So does using THINK-E code qualify for the cashback? Thank you.

        • +2

          Confirming it worked for me.
'Final' price $737.94 shipped. Over 1k off RRP.

          LENOVO:
          -Sub total: $950.95
          -eCoupon code: THINK-E
          -eCoupon savings: $28.53
          -Shipping: FREE
          -Total inc GST: $922.42

          CASHBACK:
          -Amount: AUD922.42
          -Cashback: AUD 184.48

      • Thank you!!

Funnily enough I can't get the THINK-X Coupon to even work anymore!

      • I had a popup for 10% of YOGA laptops, I assume this will be okay to use as well?

      • -1

@tightarse Sorry dumb question but can you please help confirm for @Nellh (below) and I, if the new customer 10% code (WelcomeNew10) constitutes as a newsletter code and thus invalidates the 20% cashback?

        • +3

As I've stated above, no this code (WelcomeNew10) will not work for cashback as it attributes the sale elsewhere (newsletter).

    • +2

I bought an X1 Carbon in May when CR had 20% cashback and had the same question. As see tightarses response below but I can confirm that THINK-X works as my cashback was approved. THINK-X popped up when I clicked away from my cart but I've just tried it on a monitor and it didn't pop up nor did it work when I tried it.

Edit: Just realised that THINK-X must be a generic 5% off code for the X series laptops. THINK-E is for the E series. I need to check if THINK-P works on monitors.

    ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 (AMD)

    Web Price:$1,729.00Sale Price:$950.95

$760 for this after cashback seems like a pretty sweet deal! (would have loved to upgrade the specs though!)

    Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 4500U (6C / 6T, 2.3 / 4.0GHz, 3MB L2 / 8MB L3)
    Display Type: 14" FHD (1920x1080) IPS 250nits Anti-glare
    Memory: 8GB Soldered DDR4-3200
Hard Drive: 256GB SSD M.2 2242 PCIe NVMe
    AC Adapter: 65W USB-C
    Graphics: Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics
    Battery: Integrated 45Wh
    Camera: 720p with ThinkShutter
    Fingerprint Reader: Touch Style
    Wireless: RTL8822CE 11ac, 2x2 + BT5.0

    • Is the RAM and SSD on that able to be upgraded later?

    • +3

Use THINK-E code to get $28.53 off.

    • that would be a good deal, can prob upgrade the screen later

    • -4

      horrendous specs for 1.7k

Surely the legion laptops have better offerings?

      • Web Price:$1,729.00Sale Price:$950.95

      • Have you ever looked at pricing for Latitude, Thinkpad, Probook? Corporate lines are always much more expensive
Also with sale its below 1k

    • Does it have a backlit keyboard?

    • Just upon comparing this, looks like it does not have Bluetooth. could you confirm?

      • "BT5.0"

    • $760 is tempting. Can we upgrade to 16gb ram and 512ssd or 1tb ssd?

      • I can only see the base model for this price, if I go to customize the price shoots up to 1.7k~, is there a way to customize but keep the $950 price tag?

        • yeah DIY - its not that hard to add RAM / replace drive

Unfortunately you missed the boat with the previous deals where you COULD customise and still get the massive discount
Probably trying to get rid of fixed SKUs

          • @bender000: In general, I consider myself handy but really few experiences with the computers. Is it hard to find compatible ssd and ram to e14 series or it is pretty common? 16gb ram / 250+500gb ssd should be enough for very light gaming and general use.

Second question is ryzen 4500 is ozbargains favourite processor right? I only purchase laptop once in a decade lol.

            $760 so tempting..

  • +1

How does this work? Sorry, I'm noob and haven't heard of it before. I purchased a laptop from Lenovo a few hours ago for ~$1600 with only the automatic 3% off applied at checkout (no coupon) if I had of used this system, would it then be only $1350? (Since max $250 discount)

    • +12

Cashrewards is a cashback provider. They are affiliates. So when you use their link to go to the Lenovo website and make your purchase, they get a commission and then pass on some of it to you. The money goes to your cashrewards account which you can then withdraw to a bank account. So if you make your purchase tomorrow between 2-4pm EST, you will get a 20% cashback to your cashrewards account.

In your case, you will need to cancel the current order and place the order again during that 2 hour period (using cashrewards link).

So effectively you will pay $price and get 20% refunded as cashback (this takes a bit of time to be paid).

      • Thanks very much. Very thorough response, I like it

Any good deals for a work laptop? I'm pretty computer illiterate. I need decent horsepower though.

    • +2

what is your use case? need to define "decent"

Does this still work if I use LenovoPro account? Thanks

    • +1

Have your read the post above?
      Thanks

      • Nope. Thanks for pointing it out. Cheers

  • Does anyone know if the E595 will have an AMD Gen 2 version soon ?

  • I am after one for some Business work, Nothing hardcore. I would love a high resolutio screen 4k and good battery life. Anyone- Any suggestions

  • +3

Good luck anyone hoping to get theirs anytime soon. The recent sales were quoting 8+ weeks delivery times, with this influx of orders the delivery date will be 2023.

    • is this still true if it says ships in 2 days?

  • The ideapad 15" slims with AMD seem to be back in stock. R5 4500u, 512GB SSD, 300nit screen. Downside only 8GB RAM soldered. Still @ $1400 minus 20% seems pretty decent.

    • How is the Ideapad different from the Thinkpad range (where all specs being equal) ?

      • The IdeaPad are consumer grade stuff and generally build quality isn't as good as ThinkPad which is business grade.

        • Thx. On pictures at least the ThinkPads do seem much sturdier. Why do Ideapads seem to be pricier than the ThinkPads?

  • +1

Does cash rewards work on the education site? Edit - I see the description says it doesn't. But I think I did one time.

    • Do you remember if it worked or not?

  • -1

    any ryzen 4800h deal?

    • LENOVO don't officially have a 4800h model in Oz yet

      • I bought Legion5 4800H yesterday, it's already on it's way

        • I misread that and thought you meant the higher spec 2060 models for some reason. Need more coffee

          • @dazza826: Looking to purchase Legion 5 Ryzen 7 4800h. I don't really game much but find a replacement for my laptop workstation with i7 6820hq. Hope this would replace my old laptop and pc workstation at once

            • @Lazy Boy: GPU is not the best in it, but the CPU is a beast, so if your main use is video editting or CPU intensive stuffs, go for it.

        • How much did you pay for it?

    • +1

      Legion 5

  • Is shipping really 8 weeks or more on a lot the items?

    • +1

Yes, Lenovo are known for taking a million years to get things out. Last time it took 3 months to get a fking laptop with an extra RAM stick.

I just bought one from Dell outlet and refunded the order.

  • Hi, I am looking at the E15 Gen 2 AMD (https://www.lenovo.com/au/en/laptops/thinkpad/thinkpad-edge/…).

Does anyone have access to Lenovo education? Is it cheaper with the cashback or Education and Unidays coupon?

Does E15 Gen 2 AMD have a second SATA port that I can use for a secondary HDD for backup? Thank you.

    • Yes, it has a secondary 2280 SSD space for upgrade. 10% off using UNDAYS code from education website could be very similar price to this 20% CB offer but you don't need to wait for the cashback which doesn't work most of time in my case! Personally, I prefer shopback as it work for me most of the time. Don't know why?

      • Thank you. Do you know if the secondary space can be used for a normal SATA HDD? Or it only for the 2280 SSD space? Thank you.

Also, does anyone know if 15.6"FHD IPS AntiGlare LED Backlight Narrow Bezel 1920x1080 is equal to 15.6" FHD (1920x1080) WVA 250nits Anti-glare? It looks different on their website.

        • I think the screen are the same but you can call them at 13536686 or live chats to confirm before buy, also it can't fit the normal size SSD, only 2280. Not even 2240.

For extra $, I would get the IR camera and maybe the fingerprint recognition. I prefer upgrade to Intel BT option which is only available on 14 Gen2. Good luck!

    • $859 last time I checked via Student Beand link.

    • +1

I asked Lenovo's customer support through chat yesterday about the UNIDAYS discount and the told me it is no longer available!

  • L380 Yoga for $1080. 2-in1 13.3" 1080p screen, I5, 8GB, 256GB, active stylus, USB-C charger.

  • Sorry if this is a stupid question but im looking for a replacement laptop for my Macbook Air that could also play Microsoft Flight Sim 2020. The E14 Gen 2 has onboard graphics but unsure how to benchmark the seemingly great CPU against the min requirements of a dedicated Radeon Rx570? Should I be looking elsewhere?

  • +2

Hello sorry if this is a daft question, but would the new customer 10% code (WelcomeNew10) I was emailed by Lenovo work with the 20% Cashback? Or is that classed as a newsletter code? Hope someone can help as I’m new to CR :)

  • Any good gaming laptops you would consider buying?

  • Why is the M90N so expensive here.
Core i5 model is US$450 (AU$630) in the US but $1300 in AU

Any coupon codes for monitors that will work with the cashback?

  • Are Lenovo PCs any good? Looking for a tower PC with around $1000 and honestly don't understand all the different components. I haven't built a PC in about 7 years and just want something pre-built for general use and work. I have seen the Techfast build posts but the comments seem to be hit or miss.

This Idea Centre PC: https://www.lenovo.com/au/en/desktops-and-all-in-ones/ideace… seems to be pretty standard. An i5, SSD etc… Might upgrade to add in extra RAM and maybe a bigger hard drive, but other than that it doesn't look too bad. Any experts want to weigh in? For just over $1000, is it a good deal considering it's Lenovo so will hopefully be good quality?

My Dad has a Lenovo laptop that is over 10 years old and still going strong for what he needs it for.

  • A question about the $250 cap - if the cashback is over $250, do you just get $250 back, or is the entire cashback voided?

    • +1

$250 cashback is the most you will receive for any single transaction. It will not be voided.

  • Any 15" laptop suggestions please , with good touch screen display , 16 gb ram, 512 or 1 tb ssd good performance. Thanks

  • Who else is getting the T14 AMD for $1500?

    • is it good? Can you please share the link

      • I can't seem to copy and paste prolerly on my phone it's

        AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 4650U.
        512GB SSD
16GB soldered ram (1 free slot)
3 yr warranty (if you want)
        Integrated AMD Radeon graphics
        250 NITS FHD screen

I didn't choose backlit keyboard or ant upgrades really.

Should come down to $1472 after Cashback for me. Was about to pull the trigger last night on $1720 but thankfully didn't.

Comes with a $290 dock for an extra $1 too.

  • Anything comparable to Dell G7 which was $2000?

    • Not from Lenovo (they only do max q not max P) and not for that price.

  • Any suggestions on the ThinkPad 15 vs. the Legion 15.5?
Mainly used for office type stuff, so the ThinkPad would be an sufficient- is the build quality of the Legion range comparable to that of the ThinkPad range (ie: like a tank).
Or is the T14 the answer (with the dock?)

  • Hi, does the 20% cashback apply to Tablets?

    • Nevermind, not in stock.. at least ones I was looking at.

  • My cash rewards extension is showing 8% even though it said 20 %. Whats with that?

  • lenovo duet chromebook doesn't seem to be available.

  • Does LenovoPRO come under "corporate deals" or does that refer to EPP-type situations? Can see an item that is ~15% off once logged in but unsure if cashrewards will work on top. Thoughts?

  • +1

Any confirmation that code THINK-E is okay?

  • +1

Negging this deal not because of Cashrewards but because of Lenovo's website which was sluggish and crashed and removed items from checkout then sold out then advertised the same product but cannot add because error.

  • My order for an E15 (over $1000) was tracked by cashrewards at just $35, WTF!! How do I contact them to get it fixed?

    • Hi. The only way this could have happened is if you clicked and/or completed your purchase outside the promo window and therefore received the standard 3% cashback for ThinkPads. Happy to have a look for you. PM me your CR email address, Lenovo orderID, and a screenshot of the Lenovo confirmation summary. Thanks.

  • Did anyone grab a Legion 5Pi with the GAMEON code?

  • Silly me I should have gone in for the e14 :(
