Please note this dog tag key will only work on the PC version of the game.

  1. Create or login to an Alienware Arena account.
  2. GET KEY
  3. Open EA's Origin client (or download it here if you don't already have it installed).
  4. Click the cog icon, select "Redeem Product Code" and enter your dog tag code.
  5. Your dog tog will be unlocked the next time you play Battlefield 3.

      I got from 1.5MB-2.5MB while downloading. Not sure why it's slow for you but they definitely have decent servers

      It should work once you've activated your hard copy through Origin. I'll be finding out tomorrow morning.

      DVD version merely gets you to download the Origin client, in which you download the game in its entirety online.

        There's options for installing the game by disc or through Origin.

        Otherwise having dics would be pointless.

          The discs just install the game ready for Origin to use just like you downloaded it.

          Same with Steam games….

          Have to look at all your other posts too D: some suggest your keys are from russian distributors + need to be activated via a russian VPN :| [not in this case since you're stating its a EU key]
          Maybe guarantee scans of each key? (i.e. scan the boxed product's cd key but state that you won't be sending the physical product, but you'll send photos of each customer's CD key? May be a little bothersome but it gives ozbargainers peace of mind :D)
          Also with battlefield 3 LE, I think it's slightly cheaper here
