Something that looks like TINY TINY Lentils? Cathay Pacific to HongKong Salad :(

Hey!

I've been on a cathay pacific flight to HK and they served this Salad, it was something that looked like PLENTY TINY LENTILS in pesto sauce, it was delightful but I'm struggling to find out what was it? :(

    Quinoa?
    Could also be risoni (pasta)

      I don't think it was Quinoa as I thought I knew it a bit better! it had a bit of a crunch O.o just a tiny bit.

    Was it Premium Economy and did it have shrimp?

      I would have guessed either couscous or quinoa. Looks like you might be on the money!

      I don't think it had Shrimp! But lucky guess! Definitely was Premium Economy!

      I don't remember shrimp, it was in pesto, oddly enough.
      I know thought I knew couscous but this was a bit stiffer and with brown sides while the insides was kinda seethrough! :(

      Huh, I'm looking at what it could be and Couscous X Shrimp definitely wasn't it.

      It was as big as a couscous would be, it had brown sides and a bit stiff… almost crunchy. It was in Pesto and what seemed to be herbs…

      Any other things you may think it could be?

      But damn that's a good guess! I think they altered their menus because of corona-season :(
