  • This to replace an Avermedia Live Gamer Portable ?

    • From memory I don't think this does anything extra other than HDR pass through.

For fixed installation I always suggest PCIe over USB for reliability.

      • Just wondering what might be a good upgrade for my son's captures of his Wii Mario kart custom track vids.

  • +1

I’ve been looking into buying something like this but wouldn’t this be horribly outdated with the release of next gen? No 4K, HDR, 120FPS support.

    • +1

I guess that is true but for content creation I don't think the standard will become 4k 120fps…will it? If so it's a rip for me haha

      • Some next gen games are already confirmed to run at 4K 120. It’s a rip for me as well.

  • Seems like Amazon UK has it for slightly cheaper and similar delivery estimate.

    • Amazon UK won't ship it to Australia.

Amazon wants to force Aussies to use Amazon.com.au

      • At the moment they (Amazon UK) are shipping as Amazon US is running low on stocks.
But no prime. Then again the shipping cost is very low.

  • Thanks heaps for posting this. I needed something else Amazon UK and managed to buy it.
