How long can this be stored and retain taste/quality?
Also: even if air-tight, would heat affect it? I'm in WA and have an aluminum shed I'd like to stockpile rice/pasta in. Will high temps ruin it?

Isn't nature interesting? A bit of bug protein doesn't bother me. I'm just thinking high temps might be bad.
